Preparing for an art show
Society Cafe got the best fika in town! And soon also some pretty nice illustrations on their walls created by yours truly ☕️
I'm currently in the process of preparing a small art show that will take place at Skellefteås friendliest café starting may 5th. Last time I held any kind of exhibition was ages ago, seriously... it was like maybe 13 years ago or so. I'm feeling a bit nervous but I'm mostly looking forward to the experience!
Where? - Society Cafe in Skellefteå
When? - From May 5th to the beginning of June
If you ever find yourself in Skellefteå and feel the need for a fika, a good sandwich or a lovely cup of coffee/tea - Society Cafe is the place be. It's run and owned by Erika Holmström and Robert Hunt, a couple who met when working in Ireland a few years ago. The atmosphere in the café is cosy, relaxed and welcoming. Being there is sort of like hanging out at your best buddy's place while getting high on sugar.

So what am I going to hang on the walls you ask? Well I guess you have to drop by the café to be able to see it for real. But I will tell you this, I'm going to hang some of the projects I've worked on last year and also show off my fun and colorful illustrated posters and postcards. You can even buy some of them here ›
